Shipping Policy

For items that are in stock, please allow up to 3 business days for processing on standard shipping.  For orders placed with an expedited shipping rate, please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing. Shipments are processed Monday-Thursday, excluding major holidays. For items that are preordered, please refer to the estimated ship dates on that item. All shipments are sent from Lindon, Utah.  How long it takes to arrive depends on how far away the destination is from Utah and which shipping method was chosen/paid for.  Most U.S. shipments take 1-7 business days.  International shipments take 6-8 weeks. Please refer to your tracking number for the estimated delivery date.

Free shipping on all US orders over $50 (pretax & post discount). *$50 free shipping threshold only applies within the 50 states and is automatically selected at checkout, including APO, DPO, and FPO addresses.
Free shipping on all Canada orders over $100 (pretax & post discount).

At this time we ship within the United States (including Puerto Rico, US Marshall Islands, American Islands, Alaska, Hawaii & Northern Mariana Islands) as well as to Canada. Shipping rates may vary. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes or fees incurred through international shipping.    

You can trust that our team will work to deliver your products to you as quickly as possible. 

SHINE SHIPPING WARRANTY

For extra insurance, you may purchase the Shine Shipping Warranty. In case of products damaged, broken, or lost while in transit, Shine will:

      1. Replace your product free of charge if replacement is available.

      2. Refund your original payment method for the amount of your product if replacement is not available. 

Please email hello@shinecosmetics.com with your order number and what the issue is to start the claim process. 

Shine Shipping Warranty is complete once the order is marked as delivered by the shipping company. 

Shine Shipping Warranty and Shipping charges are non-refundable.
